“It’s impossible! It can’t be that wretched woman, Raven! Could Lady Valor have already arrived, hidden among us?” A voice from the crowd broke the stunned silence, snapping everyone back to reality as they began searching around the room.
Even though it was clear from the Cloudshadow Sect’s actions that they were honoring Raven, no one in the crowd was willing to believe that she was the Lady Valor they had been talking about.
While the crowd continued to search for the real Lady Valor, Raven calmly walked up to the stage under the watchful eyes of the Cloudshadow Sect members.
