Roy’s POV
Mira’s ass presented perfectly, cheeks spreading to reveal her puckered hole and the pink slit below, dripping now from the rough play. That odd sensation lingered as I gripped her her cunt felt subtly different, a shape or tightness I couldn’t place.
1 spat on my hand, slicking my cock, then notched the fat head against Mira.
One brutal thrust, and I buried myself balls deep. She cried out, a mix of pain and surprise, her walls clamping like a vice around my pounding shaft. “Fuck, you’re tight, I grunted, gripping her hips hard enough to bruise as I slammed in again, the slap of skin on skin echoing.
1 reached under to pinch her clit, rolling it viciously while I railed her, feeling her body tense, then shatter–her orgasm ripping through her in involuntary spasms, cunt milking my cock like it wanted to drain me dry.
I didn’t hold back. With a feral roar, I flooded her, hot spurts of cum painting her insides, leaking out around my pistoning length as I ground deeper.
I lay there in the aftermath, watching Mira curl up against my side like some satisfied cat. The scent of sex hung heavy in the air.
She traced lazy circles on my chest with her fingertip, her voice taking on that breathy, vulnerable tone that probably worked on weaker men. “You’re not going to just… not take responsibility for this, are you?”
“What kind of responsibility are you looking for?” I asked, keeping my tone playful. “Want me to dump Yara and become your mate?”
Her face twisted into what she probably thought was a charming smile, but I caught the calculation behind it. “Yara is my best friend. How could I do something like that to her?”
I had to bite back a laugh. Oh, now you remember that Yara is your best friend and my mate?
She must have realized how that sounded because she quickly added, “I’m really not greedy at all. I’d be willing to be your secret woman, even if I could never see the light of day…”
“Is that so?” I raised an eyebrow, “You really want nothing else?”
Her face went a shade paler, but she pressed on with her performance. “Yes. As long as you still think about me, that’s enough for me.”
The sincerity in her voice might have fooled someone else, but I could smell the deception rolling off her in waves.
She shifted closer, pressing her body against mine as she launched into what was clearly a rehearsed speech. “Roy, I really do love you. It’s just that back then, Yara had already become your mate, so I could only bury these feelings in my heart… Roy, I’m not joking. I don’t want
any official status! I just want you to… visit me often, like this.”

1 stroked her hair, letting my expression grow more serious. “Then tell me about those six missing years. Where the hell did you go, Mira? You’re mine now–don’t you think you owe me the truth?”
The question clearly caught her off guard. Her whole body tensed, and I could practically see her mind racing.
After a long pause, she finally answered, “I was… actually in Germany the whole time.”
Germany. I filed that away and leaned down to kiss her forehead. “Then why couldn’t Brad find you, even after searching for so long?”
Her guard dropped just enough, and she blurted out, “Because I needed surgery…”
Surgery. My eyes swept over her body with new understanding. She looked completely natural–no signs of any surgical work anywhere
visible. But if there was one area that seemed off…
1 suddenly rolled away from her and started getting dressed. No point in being too obvious about my suspicions.
“You’re… leaving?” She sat up abruptly, panic flashing across her face.
I turned back with a smile that didn’t reach my eyes. “Why? Didn’t you just say you were willing to be my secret woman with no
expectations?”
She bit her lower lip, her eyes growing watery with perfectly timed tears. “Yes, I love you, so I’m willing to be a woman who can never see
the light of day. Roy, I have nothing left. I’ve given you everything. You can’t let me down!”
“And how exactly would you like me to not let you down?” I asked, buttoning my shirt.
She hesitated, then spoke carefully, “I… I… I want the female lead role. Is that possible?”
Instead of answering, I pulled out my checkbook and quickly wrote down a number, tearing off the check and placing it on the table.
“Here’s a million. Should keep you comfortable for a while.” I kept my voice calm but loaded with meaning. “You coaxed Yara into giving
you my phone number just for this moment, didn’t you? Well, consider your wish granted.”
She immediately switched to her insulted victim act, tears welling up in her eyes like I’d just slapped her. This routine probably
devastated Lester, but it had zero effect on me.
I grabbed my things and headed for the door. “I’ll get you a role in the production.”
The moment I left the room, I could practically feel her dropping the act,
Five minutes later, Brad’s car pulled up in front of me. I climbed into the passenger seat, cutting straight to the point.
“You were right. Something is definitely wrong with Mira,”

Chapter 271
Brad’s mouth curved into a slight smile. “Can you get proof?
I didn’t answer directly. Why do you want to destroy her? She’s already pretty fucked up as it is. And she did grow up with you, regardless of everything else. You really want to go that hard on her?”
Brad’s long fingers drummed against the steering wheel. “Anyone who covets the Rayne family will not be forgiven easily. Or do you still think she’s the Mira you used to know?
I was quiet for two minutes before responding, I never really knew her that well to begin with.”
Brad got straight to business. “So what’s wrong with her?”
“There’s something fucked up about her body,” I said bluntly. “I’ve been with enough werewolf females to know what’s natural. She said she was in Germany, but my gut tells me she was probably in Thailand–those underground clinics that do illegal procedures for werewolves. You should look into the black market medical facilities there.”
Brad went completely still. “You’re saying she went to Thailand for… surgery? What kind of surgery could she possibly need?”
1 could see his mind reeling.
1 immediately got serious. “What are you thinking?”
“I’m still not sure,” Brad said slowly. “But Mira came back and went after me first. When she realized she couldn’t get anywhere with me, she switched to Lucas. But she didn’t sleep with Lucas–just bled him dry of money before moving on to you… Now that Lucas has lost his usefulness, she’s targeting you…”
I caught on immediately. The whole thing was starting to look suspicious as hell.
We both came to the same chilling conclusion: Mira was desperate for money–not just regular desperate, but urgently desperate.
Question was, why would she want that much of money?
