Hearing that, Trevor seemed as if he wanted to say something. After a brief pause, however, he said, “Alright.”
No sooner had he finished speaking than Jacob pushed the door open and walked in.
After reporting on work matters, Jacob was about to leave when he heard Trevor say, “Please reschedule the lunch meeting.”
Jacob was momentarily taken aback, but when he saw Wynn sitting at the side, he immediately smiled. “Okay.”
