The sight of him like this made me forget any remnants of violence, any mark of the world I had
built.
Damn… how can someone be so beautiful?
I approached, sitting on the edge of the bed, watching him tenderly,
This boy… is everything to me.

A beauty that makes me want to whisper “I love you” all the time, just so he knows for sure.
I know that many of my former allies would think me soft and weak if they knew how much I melt

The rest of the world doesn’t deserve my kindness, my affection.

I leaned in, brushing my lips against his.
“Baby… Wake up.”
I continued giving him little kisses until I saw him stir.
He muttered softly, slowly opened his eyes, and smiled when he saw me.
“Yes?”
I couldn’t hold back my silly smile.
“How about we take a shower, get ready, eat something… while we wait for the boat to arrive to take us away from here?”
His blue eyes widened.
He sat up quickly in bed.
“Really?”
I nodded, kissing the tip of his nose.
“Yes. My people are already on their way to pick us up.”
Without hesitation, he hugged me tightly.
“Thank you. I… I can’t believe I’m really leaving here.”
I wrapped my arms around his waist, returning the gesture.
“What do you want to do first once we get out of here?”
I kissed her hair.
She rubbed her face against my chest, her voice low but firm. 2
“I want to make our marriage official.”

“Of course. I can’t wait to make it real in front of the world. Now let’s take a shower and eat. It’s a

He nodded excitedly.
1 picked up his uniform and handed it to him.
When he stood up, I noticed the remnants of our last fuck dripping down his thighs.
Still, he dressed without ceremony.
I put my arm around his waist and, with my other hand, took the bag with our clothes.
We walked to my bathroom, where I placed the bag on the bench.
Before I could say anything, he was already taking off his uniform and running to the shower.
I laughed.
I didn’t waste any time, took off my clothes too, and joined him.
The hot water ran over us, relaxing our bodies.
I knelt behind him, parting his cheeks gently as I cleaned him with care. He let out a soft sigh, closing his eyes and simply enjoying the moment.
I finished washing his skin with slow, delicate movements, treating him like something fragile“like
porcelain.
Then he took the soap from my hands and did the same for me, calmly gliding it across my body.
We stayed under the warm water for a while, not speaking” just basking in the intimacy and
peacefulness that surrounded us.
After rinsing off, we brushed our teeth side by side. It was such a simple thing, yet it filled me with a sense of normalcy something I never imagined experiencing inside Inferno Bay.
