Harris nodded. “Alright, take care on your way. Make sure to get enough rest these days, and don’t rush into striking out on your own.”
Daron’s expression remained calm as he replied, “I know. You should look after yourself, too.”
Harris smiled, a little surprised that Daron was actually showing concern for his health.
“Getting married really does make a difference. Now you actually care about my health,” Harris joked.
Daron smiled along with him.
Marina stepped forward and walked toward Daron..
As they were leaving, she said goodbye to Harris, who wore a satisfied smile.
Hayley let go of Zara’s hand, her mood already back to normal.
“I’ll walk you out,” Hayley said.
Daron didn’t refuse, so Marina just kept quiet.
Hayley walked ahead at a slow pace. After moving from the main hall to the courtyard, she spoke up. “Daron, I don’t mean to blame you at all.
“I’m just extremely worried about you. Next time something like this happens again, I hope you’ll tell me right away.”
Daron replied firmly, “There won’t be a next time.”
Hearing that, Hayley paused for a moment, then just quietly saw them out of the courtyard without saying anything else.

As the car pulled away from the Zamora mansion. Marina glanced at the rearview mirror and then averted her gaze. Noticing that Daron was also gazing out the window, she asked, “Is something wrong?”
Daron heard Marina’s voice and shook his head.
“Nothing,” he replied.
Hearing that, Marina fell silent.
‘Maybe Daron had noticed something was off with Hayley, too, Marina thought to herself. ‘But since Hayley had done so much for him, he just didn’t want to talk about it.’

At the Zamora mansion, after Daron and Marina left, Zara finally made her way over to Hayley, her eyes lingering on the car until it was completely out of sight. She murmured, “Mom, Martin’s in charge of the Zamora Group now.
“Matthew’s always had issues with me, and even though he and Daron haven’t gone to war with each other, they’re pretty much on opposite sides now. If I keep working at the Zamora Group, I’m worried I’ll just get sidelined.”
Hayley frowned slightly at Zara’s words.
“So, what are you thinking?” Hayley asked.
Zara’s eyes were full of determination as she replied, “I want to quit my job at the Zamora Group branch and join Daron’s own company.”
Hayley was silent for a moment, then finally nodded. “Alright.”
She believed that with Daron’s capabilities, he could definitely make his company thrive.
‘Perhaps what he has been lacking all along is just such an opportunity, Hayley thought. ‘His physical condition was never seriously compromised, yet he allowed Matthew to push Martin into his current position.
‘It’s not hard to see that everything is unfolding exactly as Daron planned. Instead of staying at Zamora Group, Zara might as well take a chance and join Daron’s company.
