Leo had lost a lot of weight. His face was pale and drawn, and he looked completely drained.
He’d been through hell these past few days.
He couldn’t sleep, day or night. If he didn’t take his old sleeping pills, it felt like ants were crawling all over his skin
He also noticed there were cameras in his room, watching his every move.

Leo asked weakly, “Where’s Nicole’s biological father?

Leo gave her a mocking look. “You still latch onto a new ‘Dad’ in no time, huh?”
She’d only been in the Hammond family for one day before she started calling him “Dad”.
