It proves that people of the same kind flock together; you’re just paper tigers who can only talk the talk but have no real talent. You must be jealous of Yvonne, right? You are inferior to her in every single way, so you resort to belittling her, is that it?” In her heart, Yvonne was a goddess, someone who was not to be offended. Since Tracy and her friend dared to insult her goddess like this, she would certainly stop being polite to Tracy. 1
Tracy cut off the words Natalie was about to say, pointing to herself. “What am I jealous of her for? Jealous of her seizing what isn’t hers, sowing discord, or shamelessly being a mistress?”
Yvonne glanced at Tracy. She still looks completely common, like a fishwife shouting insults, which makes her utterly repulsive. She has no class at all. She smiled faintly. “I will be discussing both of your actions with your Mr. Zach.” The clear implication was that Tracy had insulted a business partner and should face the appropriate consequences.
Quincy, even more boldly, lifted her chin high. “Don’t you believe that one word from our Yvonne is enough for you to be clearing out your desk immediately?” The position Yvonne held was one that Tracy could never reach in a lifetime; she only had that limited skill for talking back. Imagining Tracy’s future as nothing more than a server of tea and water in their presence made her incredibly happy!

Unaware of their complaints, Tracy entered Sam’s office and placed the files on his desk.
Natalie placed her files on the other side, pouting and looking exasperated.
Sam looked at Natalie and asked with concern. What’s wrong?”
Natalie sighed, complaining angrily, “It’s all Yvonne and them. They signed a contract, and now they’re acting ridiculously full of themselves.”

“You have no idea how arrogant they were. They even demanded we call Yvonne Ms. Xander. Someone who didn’t know better would think Mander Corp was about to change owners.” Thinking of Quincy’s insolent manner, Natalie felt a strong urge to resort to violence. Sam frowned upon hearing this. “This collaboration was finalized a long time ago. It wouldn’t have been right for me not to sign it.” At this point, Sam looked at Tracy. “Tracy, you don’t hold it against me, do you?”
Tracy shrugged noncommittally. “The company’s interests must come first. I personally don’t care; I’m not foolish enough to pass up profit. Do whatever needs to be done. We can’t let the company lose money because of my personal issues.” She valued money more than her personal feelings now and wouldn’t let the company lose benefits for her sake.
Natalie, however, continued to complain. “If it were up to me, I’d rather partner with anyone else. Northport doesn’t just have Xander Corp.
“But since this one is confirmed, it can’t be helped. I suggest we don’t look for them for the next project. I can find partners for our company.” Xander Corp was completely insignificant compared to her Shen family, but Natalie had always maintained a low profile and rarely attended banquets. Therefore, very few people knew that Natalie was part of the Shen family.
