Rosy’s P.O.V
After arriving home, I went straight to my room. Blake still hadn’t
gotten home since he took Taylor to pick up her things from her
parent’s place. To say I was exhausted was an understatement. My
body was aching, and I felt drained from all the crying. I had a quick
shower and wrapped myself in my big fluffy robe.
As I walked past the mirror, I quickly glanced at it. My eyes were
puffy, and I looked red. Wrinkles had formed on my forehead. I huffed
and walked out of the bathroom. Silly mirror making me self-
conscious.
My bed looked so inviting the moment I stepped out of the
bathroom, but the balcony door was open, and a chilling breeze was
coming through. I walked over to close it, and the view caught my
attention. The twinkling lights from the neighboring apartment
buildings lit up the sky. In the distance, you could see the tiki torches
on the beach, making the water shine.
I stood at the door admiring the view, reminding myself how lucky
I was to be able to appreciate such beautiful things. I made some
good friends that had helped me reach these heights, and now one of
those friends was helping me make a much better life. Blake had

become much more than just a friend, and I knew that in him, I found
a person that would always have my back. As Sue tried to explain,
Blake’s love for me was immeasurable. I stood there thinking about
the feelings I had for Blake. I knew there was a pull, an attraction, but
was it, love?
I felt a presence behind me, but before I could turn, a pair of arms
wrapped around me. I didn’t have to see the person to know who it
was. The warmth, the comfort, the sparks, and the sense of security
washed over me immediately.

“Hey, Angel,” Blake’s warm breath caressed my ears. He softly
kissed my temples and hugged me tightly.
“Hey, you. You took a while.”
“Yeah, your crazy friend was having a meltdown. She thinks you
will be mad at her for not telling you things,” he chuckled. The
vibration from his chuckle coarse through me and had me pressing
my thighs together.

“She’s silly. I’ll deal with her in the morning. My brain is fried
right now, and my body is killing me.” I leaned into him and let my
body relax. I knew he would hold me up.
“What’s wrong?” He asked, gently kissing the top of my ear.

“Nothing. I was trying not to remember tonight’s events. It’s all
overwhelming. I don’t know how much more information I can take
tonight” I swallowed the lump in my throat. I could feel the tears
forming, but I quickly blinked them away.
“I’m sorry, Angel. I didn’t mean to put you through all this.” He
cooed in my ear.
“It’s not your fault, Blakey. I wish I had parents that weren’t so
selfish. I don’t even know what I will do when I meet Theresa on
Saturday.”
Rocky had invited us for dinner on Saturday. He said he would tell
Theresa tonight’s events, and then we could all sit together and talk
about it as a family on Saturday.
Family. He believed we could be a family. I didn’t want to start
dreaming about things just yet. I didn’t want more broken dreams. My
life had changed so much in the last few months. I was finding it hard
to catch up.
Blake’s arms squeezed me more.
“Relax, Angel. I can feel the stress and anxiety radiating off of
you.”

“I’m trying. My brain just needs to switch off. I’ve got way too
much information to process,” I sighed.
“How about I help you relax?” He kissed my earlobe and gently
sucked it into his mouth, nibbling on it.
I closed my eyes and tilted my head back, biting my bottom lip to
suppress a moan.
Blake let go of my earlobe and kissed my neck, slowly pulling
aside my robe to kiss my shoulders. His warm breath fanned across
my skin as he softly left trails of kisses.
“I mean, there are lots of different ways to relax. We could watch a
movie or eat some ice cream. Maybe a walk down the pier?” He kept
kissing up and down my neck as he weighed the options.
“Blakey,” I finally said.
“Hmmm,” he didn’t stop kissing my bare skin.
“I’m not wearing anything under this robe,” I confessed. My heart
was picking up speed.
Blake froze in place, and I heard a low growl erupt from his chest.
He moved one of his hands lower down my back and pulled the back

of my robe up. I felt the cold air tickle my butt cheek, and I
shuddered. Blake’s big hand covered my right butt cheek, and he
squeezed it hard, letting out a louder growl.
“Careful Angel,” his voice was husky.
“I don’t want to be careful,” I slowly turned around to face Blake.
His black orbs were glowing in the dim lighting in my room. His hand
still on my butt, caressing and squeezing.
“You said all I had to do was ask. Well, I’m asking. I need a
distraction. I want you to make me forget about everything that’s
happened tonight. Make me forget about all my problems.” I stared
into those black orbs and watched Blake clench his jaws together.
“I’m not saying no, Angel, but you have to understand, if we do
this, I won’t be able to stop myself from marking you. Are you ready
for that?” Blake asked, tightening his arm around me.
“There’s no doubt in my mind that I want to be with you for the
rest of my life. So yes, I’m ready. I want you to mark me, I want you to
make me yours, and I want you to fuck my brains out. Please,” I
emphasized the last word. From all the explanations I had received, I knew Blake couldn’t say no.
Another loud growl erupted from his chest, and without warning,

Blake hoisted me up, and the next thing I knew, I was lying on the bed
with Blake hovering over me.
“Ask, and you shall receive,” Blake said before smashing his lips
into mine.
