I’m watching Ragnar move around the room and looking back at the couch. He might have mentioned that he didn’t like where I put the couch, and it’s clearly bothering him now. I take seat at my desk and boot up my computer

“If push comes to shove, one of us marries you,” he says, looking at his brother,

“Look, it fixes everything. She marries into our bloodline and, by extension, makes the Helvig bloodline untouchable. Zara is free to step down and actually do something with her life other than look after our childish father.“Ivar argues. “If 1 marry her, we both get exactly what we want. If you marry her, you has a mate. You won’t need a full–time beta prince, and you can keep Dad from driving everyone crazy.”
