Instead of a formal ceremony, my parents rushed me and Harrison to the Lycan sacred moonlit altar.

They feared I’d change my mind, wanting us to bond immediately.

I confessed my relationship with Rick to Harrison.

He caressed my wrist, where I’d been burned, leaving a tender kiss.

“I’ll handle the security footage,” he murmured, then sliced his palm, letting a drop of blood fall onto my lips.”Bonded by blood, my strength and life are now yours.”

As the moonlight enveloped us, a searing pain shot through my spine-a pair of silvery-white wolf ears pierced my skin.

Howls echoed in the distance the Lycan pack welcoming their new queen.

“My Luna, I’ll throw you the greatest ceremony in Lycan history. Just wait for me.”

I nodded, watching Harrison excitedly plan our ceremony.

For six years, I’d revolved around Rick.

Now, free from him, I felt weightless, unburdened.

Watching Harrison choose the venue, arrange flowers, personally write invitations, hire stylists-I felt truly loved.

Love is reciprocal, not one-sided.

I’d given enough to Rick; now, I was starting a healthy, positive relationship.

No, Harrison and I were already strongly bonded.

Within days, Harrison told me he’d cleared my name.

Calista’s scheme was exposed; she’d fabricated the entire incident to force me out.

The security footage was released; Calista was taken into custody for defamation, and Harrison removed her from her position.

Of course, Harrison didn’t let Rick’s slap go unpunished.

He demanded compensation on my behalf-the amount was irrelevant; humiliating Rick and publicly revealing our relationship was the goal.

He looked at me hesitantly, “Are you uncomfortable with what I did?”

I smirked.”It feels amazing to have someone backing me up!”

Harrison smiled, his eyes brimming with joy.

Later, our ceremony took place before the pack.

Rick, clutching a bouquet of lisianthus, reappeared.

“Daisy, I’m not bonding with Calista. I know my feelings now. I only love you!”

I turned away, the image of him proposing to Calista flashing vividly in my mind.

Now, he claims to love me after kissing another she-wolf? Ridiculous!

I ignored him. He looked disheveled, nothing like Harrison.

I walked away with Harrison, but Rick grabbed my wrist.

He presented medical records.”Calista didn’t have bone cancer. She lied! I wouldn’t have proposed if I’d known!”

“Daisy, please! Look! I didn’t lie!”

Seeing his bloodshot eyes, his pleading, Harrison pulled Rick away, fearing I’d sympathize.

“Rick, show some respect. Leave my Luna alone!”

I tossed aside the useless papers.

Calista’s illness was irrelevant.

Rick’s actions weren’t erased by fabricated medical records.

I couldn’t pretend it never happened and return to him.

He was delusional.

The papers scattered.

Seeing Harrison’s jealous expression, I leaned closer, stepping over the documents, ignoring Rick.

Rick had thrown files at me; he never imagined he’d beg for forgiveness.

Time wouldn’t rewind; I couldn’t forgive him.

But hating him was a waste of energy; ignoring him was best.

He rose, shifting into his wolf form, claws and ears bared, lunging at Harrison.”You’re interfering! You want Daisy!”

Harrison stood before me, his Alpha presence a shield.

Rick recoiled, cowering.”A common werewolf dares to touch the Lycan queen?”

Harrison’s eyes turned silver-grey, his Alpha presence chilling the air.

My wolf, enraged, my eyes turning silver-violet from their usual brown, my queenly aura expanded.

Rick trembled, filled with fear.

“Get lost,” I commanded, my voice imbued with the authority of my bloodline.

Watching Rick flee, Harrison held my shimmering hand.”Your fur is beautiful, my queen.”

In the church bells, we exchanged rings bearing our wolf sigils.

As the Lycan elders bowed, I understood.

True love isn’t dependence, but the joining of two powerful souls.

Sunlight streamed through stained glass, casting intertwined wolf shadows.

Harrison, graceful and strong, my silvery fur gleaming.

We stood on the castle terrace, overlooking our hidden territory-my true home.

The lisianthus season had ended, but the werewolf queen’s spring had just begun.

This is the end of the story.

Now, let’s go for a new identity, a new story.

Jane was set up on a blind date with Alpha Samuel Rockwell, arranged by her father to secure a powerful alliance between their packs.

But the moment she stepped onto the Rockwell family’s private jet, some she-wolf stole her seat.

Turns out, it was Samuel’s secretary-and worse, he actually took her side.

Too bad they didn’t know… Jane wasn’t some nobody like they thought.

She was the real deal-the heir to the Lycan pack.

See you in the story!
