Chapter 122
Dante Castelli.
Time passed too quickly outside, and now the sky was turning shades of orange, announcing the arrival of dusk.
The ocean breeze still caressed our faces, and the sound of the waves continued to cradle that moment of peace- so distant from the reality of prison life.
“We should head back inside, my love.”
I slid my fingers between his.
“We didn’t even eat anything.”
He let out a long sigh, like he was trying to hold onto that moment forever.
“It’s so nice here…” he said, a nostalgic glint in his eyes.
I smiled and kissed his cheek gently.
“Soon we’ll be far away from here. Just hang on a little longer.”
His face lit up with a serene smile.
“As long as I’m with you, I can wait forever.”
Those words, spoken with such sweetness, made my heart race.
Elijah had that power over me.
One simple look, a single phrase, and everything inside me shifted.
He made me laugh, made me love, and made me want to be a better man,
Only with him.
I felt no shame in saying I loved him, that he was beautiful, that he was the best part of me.
I kissed his forehead, feeling his warm skin under my lips.
“Let’s go inside. We’ll eat something, then lie down and cuddle. How does that sound?”
His eyes sparkled like two stars.
“I love that idea.”
He stood with a small bounce and extended his hand to me.

On the way back, 1 glanced over my showder and saw a chip approaching from the sex.
A smile tugged at my lips.
1 already knew who it might be,
As we stepped back inside, one of the guards approached discreetly and leaned in to whisper in my ear.
‘He’s here, sir.‘
I nodded, the smile never leaving my face.
I looked at Elijah, who watched me with a puzzled expression.
“My love…” I said playfully, “I have a surprise for you.”
He frowned, clearly confused, and before he could ask anything, I turned him toward the iron gates.
Minutes later, the gates creaked open again.
The sound of chains being released echoed through the space.
I saw Elijah’s eyes widen when he recognized the shackled figure being escorted in.
It was him.
That bastard, David.
The guard removed the handcuffs swiftly, and the bastard looked straight at us.
His eyes were full of rage, aimed especially at my bunny.
“ELIJAH!” he roared.
He charged at us like a rabid animal.
I stepped forward and, without a second thought, slammed a kick straight into his chest.
He fell flat on his back, the air knocked out of his lungs.
He gasped desperately.
I stepped closer and drove my foot firmly into his stomach, pulling a pained groan from him.
“Listen here, you little shit, I growled. “If you dare lay a hand on my bunny again, your death will be far too quick.”

He writhed on the ground, coughing as if his lungs were collapsing.
I turned to Elijah.
His eyes were fixed on his brother, but then he blinked, as if snapping out of a trance.
Then, to my surprise… he laughed.
“That was a great gift, love.”
I smiled, satisfied, and removed my foot from the human trash beneath me.
“You liked it? You don’t feel sorry for him, do you?”
“Not one bit,” he replied effortlessly. “I told you–next time I saw him, I’d kill him. But I won’t dirty my hands with his blood. I don’t want to become a murderer. But I do hope, from the bottom of my heart, that his days here are the worst kind of hell.”
This boy makes me proud.
“Don’t worry, my love. I’ll take care of that for you.”
