Naturally, Jordyn resembled Trevor.
But aside from Trevor, she seemed to carry traces of someone else as well. 1
Trevor said, “Mr. Robinson, please have a seat.”
This wasn’t the first time Jorge had felt that Jordyn looked familiar, yet no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t recall exactly whom she resembled. (1
He withdrew his gaze and sat down on the sofa.
Soon, they began discussing business matters.
When it came to work, Trevor was focused and serious, his smile calm and appropriate, as though he wasn’t the least bit concerned about Jorge having discovered the matter between him and Celeste. (1)

Trevor didn’t stop her. “Go ahead, but don’t stay out too long. Head home before it gets dark.”
“Okay.”
Near noon time, just as Trevor and Jorge were about to finish with their discussion, Zeke leaned over and whispered something into Trevor’s ear.
Trevor nodded, then smiled and asked, “My secretary just told me that Mr. Yoder from YodaVision has also come over today. I’ll be treating Mr. Yoder to a meal later. So, Mr. Robinson, do you have time to join us?”
Jorge’s relationship with Trevor and Matthias was only average. Under normal circumstances, he would have declined.
But now…
Thinking of the matter between Trevor and Celeste, and seeing that Trevor showed not the slightest embarrassment or guilt when mentioning Matthias, Jorge replied coldly, “Sure.”
So, when Celeste, Matthias, and Kieran arrived downstairs at Fleming Group, just as they were about to go for lunch, they all stopped when they saw Trevor and Jorge there as well.
They already knew they would be eating with Trevor, since Lazarus had informed them beforehand.
What surprised them was that Jorge was also present.
Trevor stepped forward courteously and took the initiative to shake Matthias’s hand “I really appreciate you coming personally to handle the project matters. It’s truly been a great help.”
Matthias answered, “Mr. Fleming, you’re too polite. It’s what I should do ”
Trevor then politely nodded to Celeste.
Watching Trevor being so courteous toward Matthias, and thinking of the matter between Trevor and Celeste, forge back reacted when he saw Matthias curl his lips and cast him a flat, indifferent glance
For a moment, he felt like he was being irritated into a laugh
His gaze turned cold, and he looked away.
After a brief round of pleasantries, the group headed to the restaurant,
Once seated and after exchanging a few more courtesies, the conversation ranged for and wide.

She only spoke up when the discussion touched on certain aspects of cooperation between Fleming Group and YodaVision.
As the host, Trevor frequently took the initiative to speak with Matthias and Jorge. In this regard, Jorge felt that Trevor handled things quite well.
Matthias, for the sake of surface–level politeness, could only respond whenever Trevor brought up a topic.
As a result, to many observers, the two of them seemed to be getting along rather well. 1
Seeing that Matthias appeared to know nothing, and noticing that Trevor and Celeste had virtually no interaction throughout the meal, with Celeste remaining silent the entire time, as though she were completely unfamiliar with Trevor, the chill in Jorge’s eyes deepened.
She really was good at putting on an act.
