Chapter 832
“What’s with your attitude?”
The bootlickers surrounding Felipe were infuriated by Raven’s calm demeanor as she sat confidently in the host’s seat. One after another, they began shouting and cursing at her.
“You’re at death’s door and still pretending to be composed? Beg Mr. Cherry for mercy while you still can, you lunatic!”
“Apologize now! Maybe Mr. Cherry will be generous enough to leave you a whole corpse!”
Just then, rapid footsteps echoed outside the private room.
A furious roar soon followed, shaking everyone’s eardrums.
“Which bastard killed my niece?” A burly, wide–shouldered middle–aged man barged in, wielding a knife. When he saw the heiress lying dead on the floor with her eyes wide open in horror, his rage exploded.
“Who did this?” His eyes darkened as he swept his gaze across the room, scanning everyone for the murderer.
“It was her!” one of the heirs shouted, immediately pointing at Raven.
“You killed my niece?” The man’s eyes were blazing with fury as he stared at Raven, ready to rip her apart.
“That’s right.” Raven nodded without hesitation, her expression completely unshaken.
“Do you have any idea what killing someone in Forreb means?” The man’s rage only escalated at her calm response. “You think this is your lawless lower realm?”
“A person who deserved to die. That’s all.” Raven gave a faint smile. “What do you think you can do to me?”
“You’re dead!” The man was about to lose his mind. Forgetting his status entirely, he raised the watermelon knife and lunged at Raven. If the knife landed, she would surely die.
Felipe and the rich heirs watched eagerly, ready to enjoy the bloody spectacle.
They were thrilled that they wouldn’t even need the Cloudshadow Sect or the Inspection Bureau to take action.
But just as the blade was about to strike, reality slapped them hard.
Raven casually raised her hand and caught the man’s wrist mid–air. A second later, the knife clattered to the ground, and the man let out a miserable
scream.
-Immediately, Raven had disarmed the attacker and punched him squarely in the face.
Then, with a cold expression, she kicked the man across the room, Picking up a moist towelette from the table, she wiped her hands in disgust.
Raven said, “In your eyes, people from the lower realin are just inherently beneath you? Then let me show you exactly what kind of trash you so–called elites really are.”
She added, “You look down on me, fine. But you shouldn’t have touched what’s mine.” She reached for Cassian’s hand, fingers interlacing with his. “Anyone who dares hurt him… will die.”
In an instant, the surroundings were deathly silent. Everyone was shocked speechless by Raven’s words.
They couldn’t believe that someone with no background, no power, no status, had the sheer nerve to say something like that.
The middle–aged man, now groaning on the ground, wiped the blood from his lips and glared viciously at both Raven and Cassian. He pulled out his

phone and dialed.
He said, “Something’s happened on my end. Bring a full team to the Royal Lounge, immediately!”
Meanwhile, the head of the Inspection Bureau, who received the call, looked confused.
He asked, “What the hell’s going on? I already sent a team after hearing about a disturbance over there. Why would I need to go in person now?
