Dangelo felt he knew Raven’s background the best among everyone present. After all, he witnessed the Cloudshadow Sect accuse Raven of smuggling and hunt her. What he had seen with his eyes could not be fake. 

“Not only are there ferocious beasts in this manor, but also countless hidden weapons. Do you dare to walk in?” He felt that the impostor Raven would not dare to walk in. No normal person would take the initiative to run in and die knowing that the manor was dangerous. 

Dangelo looked at Raven provocatively, waiting for her to admit defeat and admit she was lying. However, he did not expect Raven to walk into the 

manor.

However, the scene they had expected did not happen. Raven walked into the manor safely and soundly. Nothing was triggered. No hidden weapons or 

screams. 

Raven went deeper into the manor but still did not trigger any traps. This left everyone dumbfounded. 

“What’s happening in there?” 

“Why isn’t there any triggered traps?” 

“Perhaps those hidden weapons have been dormant for too long and have lost their effectiveness?” 

“It’s possible. After all, it’s been five years.” 

Everyone, led by Janice, comforted themselves. No matter what, they could not accept that Raven could dodge the hidden weapon. 

“It must have been broken. Otherwise, how could that bitch still be alive?” 

Janice rolled her eyes at Raven and walked towards the door. Behind her, Dangelo frowned and followed. He also did not believe that Raven was the owner of the manor. 

Since the concealed weapons were no longer effective, as long as they could pass through safely, it could still prove that Raven was an impostor and not the owner. However, just as the two of them reached the door, they heard two sharp arrows shoot out from the door and pierce their shoulders. 

Shortly after, the ground beneath their feet sprang, sending them flying. 

“Whoa!” Dangelo and Janice screamed miserably. They fell to the ground and spat out blood. They could not get up. 

Everyone present gasped. After seeing Janice and Dangelo’s miserable state, they no longer dared to doubt Raven’s identity 

The authentication was successful. Raven obtained the white stallion’s approval and could walk through the door without triggering the hidden weapon mechanism. If she were not the owner of the Hawksworth Manor, she would’ve been dead at the door. 

“You’re finally back!” The CEO was so excited that tears welled up in his eyes. “I knew my guess was correct. You’re the lady of this house!”
