Martin suddenly yanked his lawyer’s arm.

As he read through the document, his hand trembled and a flash of shock flickered in his eyes.
“Martin, how could you fake the data?” Matthew exclaimed, his voice trembling.
Seeing that Harris had all the evidence, Martin looked utterly defeated, his face drained of all hope.
Matthew’s question at that moment made it obvious-his side of the family had already washed their hands of him.
He was trying to wash his hands of the whole mess, acting like he was totally clueless about what had happened.
