Chapter 105 Biggest Joke

“Summary: My mom is a very gentle person.

“I want to grow up to be a great woman like her.

The teacher’s mouth twitched as she finished reading. Then she opened the next notebook.

It was Alfred’s.

His essay was just as “amazing.”

He also wrote about his father.

“My dad is a very lazy person.

“He used to be a rich kid.

“Because being with my mom caused trouble for my grandpa’s side of the family, he was exiled.

“The first time they met was at an assassination scene.

“Mom had a Sig Sauer P226. Dad had a Remington M2010 ESR.

“Dad not only failed the mission, but also lost the target and got beaten up.

“His subordinates got mad and tried to take revenge on Mom, but they all got beaten up too.

“What a stupid adult.

“Mom said it was love at first sight.

“But Dad didn’t think so. After he got out of the hospital, he even wanted to ask Mom for emotional damages.

“In the end, I think my dad is a man with no class.

“And I would never ask a girl for emotional damages.

“I will be a good person in the future.”

The teacher stared at the page.

This kid was kind of funny. Even in the ending, he still managed to criticize his own father.

But why did he remember the exact gun models so clearly?

That was unsettling.

What kind of family are these siblings from?

Maya and Alfred’s essays were so strange that the teacher couldn’t help but read them again and again.

Chapter 105 Biggest Joke

There was something like dark humor hidden in all that absurdity.

Not bad… Actually kind of impressive.

After thinking it over, the teacher decided their essays deserved to be displayed.

The next morning, Maya dragged Alfred and rushed into the school building. When they reached the classroom, they saw a crowd gathered around the bulletin board.

Jenny waved at them excitedly. “Your essays got posted!

“Surprised?”

“What?”

Maya stopped in her tracks. “Our essays are on the display board?”

“Wow, I didn’t know you had such a wild imagination.” One boy in the class laughed.

Most kids only wrote things like “My Director Dad” or “My Mayor Mom.”

But Maya and Alfred had clearly thought outside the box.

“I thought you two were quiet, but it turns out you’re sneaky,” the boy said. “You wrote something like that just to get attention!”

He suddenly slapped his forehead. “Man, why didn’t I think of that? I should’ve written about my superhero dad!”

Maya had no words.

Right now, she felt like she was being laughed at by the whole class.

“I wake up, and suddenly my best friend is the biggest joke in class-hahaha!”

Jenny hugged her, laughing so hard she could barely stand.

“I wrote that with my heart, and this is how I get treated?” Maya complained loudly, clinging to Jenny.

She hadn’t used any tricks. It was all real.

And now it was being displayed for everyone to see.

“I told you to write something normal,” Jenny said, still laughing. “But you didn’t listen. Now look.”

Maya stayed quiet. She didn’t feel like laughing anymore.

Of course, the teacher had only posted it because she found it interesting. It had a strange mix of dark humor and calm madness. And on top of that, Maya and Alfred actually wrote pretty well.

So it was worth showing.

Chapter 105 Biggest Joke

Sometimes, school administrators would walk by and take a look. At first, they smiled. The writing was simple. The stories felt childlike and fun.

But when they saw the names at the bottom, their smiles froze.

“Which family are these kids from?” one of them asked.

“The Clarks,” the teacher answered.

The administrators immediately stopped laughing.

“I think their thinking is a bit dangerous,” the teacher added, noticing the silence. “We might need to guide them more in the future.”

“No.” One of the administrators hesitated, then looked at her seriously. “You should avoid interfering with them.”

“What?”

The teacher froze. She didn’t argue, but asked carefully, “Is there a reason?”

“There’s a chance their family actually owns those guns. Their essays might not be completely made up.”

“What?”

The teacher couldn’t believe it.

Back when Harmony International School was first built, some of the administrators had interacted with members of the Clark family. So, they knew a few things that most people didn’t.

For example, one of the largest assassin organizations was actually part of their family’s business chain.

For kids in that family, if they didn’t become killers, they would just go home and inherit the business. It sounded ridiculous. But for the Clarks, it was real.

The teachers looked at each other, stunned. They could tell the administrators weren’t joking.

In the end, the teachers all came to one decision…
