Garret scooted over to Harris, picked up his teacup, and drained it in one go before putting it back down.
Just as he reached for another cup, Harris whacked Garret’s hand with his fan.

He said. “Tea’s still water, right? As long as it quenches my thirst, it’s good enough for me.”
Harris shot Garret a helpless look.
Just then, the butler walked in, grinning.
He announced, “Daron and Marina are back.”
Garret got up from his seat and made his way to the door.
